A few weeks ago I was approached by the Social Committee at my work to make cupcakes for Easter. I came across some really cute baby chick's at the craft store which I had to use for these cupcakes! And Easter isn't complete without chocolate covered easter eggs - yummy! I used a mixture of Hershey's and Cadbury's Eggs. Chocolate sourcream cupcakes with vanilla buttercream icing and carrot cupcakes with vanilla buttercream icing. Here's what they look like:
Here's the final product....I really enjoyed making these cupcakes and I realized that a lot of people at work didn't know that I had this business :)
